Simcha Felder LOSES his leverage over the New York State Senate

Simcha Felder is a State Senator of New York's State Senate, he is the only Democrat who caucuses with Republicans.
Simcha Felder is the Democratic Party State Senator from New York's State Senate who is known to be the only Democrat who caucuses with Republicans, and because the Democrats had a 32-31 Senate majority, Felder, by siding with the Republicans, gave the Republicans a 32-31 Senate majority because one Democrat (Felder) sides with Republicans and the New York Republicans had alot of fun with Felder on their side, well, unfortunately for Felder, his days of having absolute control over the State Senate are numbered, the New York Democrats gained eight seats from the Republican-Felder caucus majority, expanding the Democrats' partisan majority, and completely crumbling Felder's power over the State Senate of New York.

With the Republicans in New York losing their GOP-Felder majority by eight seats, the Democrats and Republicans don't need Felder anymore, and that's good news for Democrats, and bad news for Republicans, because now, the New York Democrats now have extended breathing room to legislate without Felder's interference. Simcha Felder is NO LONGER the most powerful politician in Albany. (see source).
