What Now?

In July of 2018, Justice, Anthony Kennedy retired from the United States Supreme Court after 20 years of serving on the bench, Kennedy was appointed by Ronald Reagan in 1988, but little did Reagan knew, Kennedy was no Pro-Life Justice for Reagan's taste. Kennedy is known to have ruled in favor of the Gay Community in Lawrence v. Texas (2003), United States v. Windsor (2013) and most famously, Obergefell v. Hodges (2015). But Kennedy ruled in favor of Corporations, most famously the Citizens United decision (2010), thanks to Kennedy, we have to deal with Corporations bribing our Politicians and Elected Officials in Washington.

Kennedy vacating a seat gave Trump an opportunity to select a decisive judge that would great turn the Supreme Court around on Social Issues, Kennedy's retirement left the Supreme Court for the second time in a 4 Democrat 4 Republican split, the first time it happened was when Justice Scalia passed away in 2016, and Obama wasn't able to get a successor for Scalia because the Senate Republican Majority. 

But Trump came in and nominated and confirmed Gorsuch in a smooth confirmation process, but Brett Kavanaugh, nominated by Trump to replace Kennedy, this time, Trump isn't so lucky, Mitch McConnell, Senate Majority Leader, tried to ask Trump not to nominate Kavanaugh, but did it anyway, and with sexual misconduct allegations sinking Kavanaugh so hard, Trump has for the second time put his Republican Party in a bad situation, the Senate Republicans having to delay confirmation votes in favor of hearings and investigations over the sexual assault allegations, and Election Day lurking quickly in the shadowy corners, Trump chose the wrong justice, but why did Trump chose Kavanaugh, it is said to get a Pro-Life justice, WRONG, Trump doesn't care about abortion, Trump wants Kavanaugh because Kavanaugh said a President (A Republican President) can't be held accountable for his or her crimes, and he worked with Kenn Star against President Bill Clinton. Kavanaugh needs 51 Senators to confirm him and looks like he might lose that 51 score.

Circus

Kavanaugh in his opening statement, that he might want to regret giving, said this is a circus, well, he's right, but what he's missing is that it's a circus began by Trump. 

Lying through his teeth

Kavanaugh's perjury is open corruption. He's also a liar too.
