A True American Patriot?

President, excuse me, "President", Trump has said "oh Puerto Ricans, screw them, but TEXAS AND FLORIDA, THOSE STATES VOTED FOR ME, OH YEAH, HELP THEM". Either Trump didn't knew that Puerto Rico is a U.S. TERRITORY, or he knew that If Puerto Rico was a U.S. State, the Voters of Puerto Rico would've voted for Clinton over Trump.
